Air amplification gives you more performance with less noise
The Air Knife releases a tiny amount of compressed air at high speed through a .002" (.0508mm) slot along its entire length. This high-speed sheet of air entrains a large volume of surrounding air and drives it to your target, effectively amplifying your compressed air flow 30 times.
Air Knives are ideal for BIG jobs, where you have to move a lot of chips, dirt, water or oil, or need to cool a product - with just a fraction of the compressed air you're used to.
And since you're releasing less compressed air, noise levels are significantly reduced by as much as 50 dBA less than drilled pipe or other methods.
